Terra Plus

TERRA PLUS is a stabilizing agent that permanently improves the geotechnical characteristics of fine and very fine soils by chemically intervening in their hydrophilic properties. This is an extremely innovative and "unconventional" product that allows for the rapid stabilization of clayey or silty soils through deep penetration and improvement of their load-bearing capacity.

TERRA PLUS helps expel water from clay and loess soils, eliminating the need for traditional hydraulic binders that are not environmentally friendly (such as lime and cement). When fully matured, the stabilization of the soils treated with it reaches depths of 30-40 cm and, under favorable conditions, can even reach 80 cm of penetration. The product is also used for the construction of temporary roads at construction sites, quarries, and mines, acting both as a powerful stabilizer to increase load-bearing capacity and as an agent for dust control and reduction.

TERRA PLUS maintains absolutely unaltered the chemistry, the grain size and the natural color of the material on site, reducing construction costs, maintenance or eventual disposal of land (it does not produce special waste keeping completely unaltered the treated soils).
